| GENERAL |By purchasing anything from me, you agree with my terms of service. Please read this in full.Buyers by default have the rights to repost on their personal account, or minor edit their commissioned work. Commissions through here are for personal use only. You cannot trace or draw over my artwork, or commission someone else to finish my work. You may not use personal artwork for commercial / merchandising use.

You MUST credit me through a direct link to my page or username drop if you repost a piece of art, making it clear that I am the original artist on your post. Please do this in the main post, not an addendum under the main post. (Twitter/Bluesky mainlyI have the right to deny any commission at any time, for any reason.I have the right to post my artwork anywhere I choose to promote myself as an artist. If you do not want your art to be displayed, please talk to me beforehand. This is an assumed right I have as an artist, but am willing to do works private-ish. NSFW (ONLY ADULT MAY COMMISSION NSFW WORKS, MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF BEING 18+)| PAYMENT |Payment for half/full renders must be sent within 24 hours of receiving a heavily watermarked demo sketch. (WIP’s may be subject to minor/major changes during the process for quality.) Payment must be sent before I start for colored sketches, there will be no preview.I accept Paypal (Through Invoice only), Cashapp.Refunds cannot be given after I have passed the sketch stage. Additionally, you agree that if you receive a refund you will not receive any of the WIPs and I may repurpose them for my own use. There is no shame in canceling a commission with me if you decide it is not the right choice or right financial decision to make.Payment plans are available for anything over $150. No-Rush commissions do not adhere to my Turnaround Time and will be done at my leisure, though will never be more than six months. (No Rush -3%)Check my prices before you commission! Questions are of course permitted. Explanation of charges will be given freely before accepting your commission.You can only commission me to draw things you own or have explicit permission to use, meaning your characters or characters belonging to others which you have express permission to commission work of. This includes fan art of popular media. You hold all responsibility for what is being portrayed. If you happen to not have permission to commission a certain character/design, you will be the one who will have to deal with legal issues, if that is to happen.Please provide up to clear digital references of the character(s).
Please no low quality / unclear images. This will lead to translation issues in colors and design.My artwork will ALWAYS have an amount of artistic liberty.
No one piece is the same.
I will not replicate specific art styles of other artists or popular media styles.
DO NOT COMMISSION ME WITH AN OVERLY DETAILED EXPLANATION OF WHAT YOU EXACTLY WANT. (Ie; I want my character on top of a metallic lamborghini in the Gainax Stance with a soccer ball by the right rear wheel and also a pair of black angel wings on the character.)
Give me your character reference(s), if including a BG; give me a setting, and a tone for the image, if desired.I work on multiple commissions at the same time and may finish another before I finish yours. Please do not think this is favoritism or I have forgotten about yours. I work randomly for pieces.
I send frequent updates, but feel free to ask about progress within reason.
